Returns

 

We want you to be satisfied with your order! If you want to return an item bought from our website for any reason, we will gladly exchange or credit you for any item that is in like-new condition and unworn within 30 days of your original purchase. Prior to sending, request a Return Authorization number via email at Info@thebartholomew.com. Securely package your return, and send it back to us using a traceable method with the shipper of your choice. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased from our website and be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

 

 

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Allow 10-12 days for this process
